As a result of the Operational Flow Order Settlement Agreement, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission is implementing changes to operating guidelines and gas tariffs applicable to gas transmission customers. Pipeline Inventory Limits replace the Desired Target Inventory Levels as the basis for determining the need for an OFO.
