California Gas Transmission is excited to announce a new feature on Pipe Ranger that will enhance your user experience. Introducing the Alert Banner, a new addition to the Pipe Ranger site that will display at the top of the page whenever there are technical issues affecting the site.
Stay Informed with Real-Time Alerts
The Alert Banner ensures you are always aware of the status of the Pipe Ranger site. In the event of any technical issues, the banner will appear prominently at the top of the page, providing real-time updates and important information. The banner will remain visible throughout the duration of the issue, so you are always aware of whether the issue is ongoing or has been resolved. This way, you won't have to wait for separate notifications to stay updated.
Your Feedback Matters
We always appreciate your input as we continually work on our goal of providing you excellent customer service. Please keep an eye on the red “10” icon above. That lets you know that CGT is listening and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. If you have any questions about this change, please reach out to the CGT Gas Scheduling team or your CGT Account Manager.
