To strengthen our cyber security efforts, California Gas Transmission’s INSIDEtracc recently began requiring users to update their passwords every 120 days.
To help users better manage their passwords, we've added an enhancement to the system which includes:
- A pop-up reminder that will appear 14 days prior to your password expiring
- Users will see the pop-up reminder every time they log in to INSIDEtracc during these 14 days until they change their password
- Within the pop-up reminder, a “Change Password Now” button will take the user to their My Account page where they can reset their password.
We know this enhancement will help our customers better manage their password changes moving forward. We always appreciate your input as we continually work on our goal of providing you excellent customer service. Please keep an eye on the red “10” icon above. That lets you know that CGT is listening and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. If you have any questions about this change, please reach out to the CGT Gas Scheduling team or your CGT Account Manager.
