California Gas Transmission has reviewed its backbone transmission and distribution in-kind shrinkage rates and has determined that, effective November 1, 2021, no changes will occur to existing rates. CGT's current transmission and distribution in-kind shrinkage rates will remain the same. Information on shrinkage rates can be found on Pipe Ranger's Shrinkage Factors page. PG&E will continue to closely monitor shrinkage and, if necessary, will update the transmission and distribution in-kind shrinkage allowances through a future advice letter compliance filing.
