Owners of single-family residences, two- to four-unit townhouses and condominiums, single-family homes, and two- to four-unit buildings in homeowners associations all qualify for rebates. The Advanced Home Upgrade option goes beyond building shell upgrades and is typically more complex, involving deep improvements. A Home Upgrade Professional will conduct a comprehensive energy assessment using energy-modeling software to create a customized energy-saving plan for your home. Rebates can be as much as $6,500*.
