- Market center imbalances occur when a positive or negative balance remains at the time a market center account expires
- Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission will notify the customer of a market center imbalance within two business days after the account has expired
- Market center customers will have 20 days to clear market center imbalances as follows:
- make up imbalance in-kind
- 50% imbalance charges may apply (50% of lowest monthly Over-Delivery Index or 150% of Under-Delivery Index)
- For unresolved market center imbalances in excess of 20 days, additional daily charges (per G-PARK or G-LEND) and cash-outs apply
- Market center imbalances may not be traded
