New INSIDEtracc Enhancements

Friday, October 30, 2020

Customer Satisfaction icon

California Gas Transmission is excited to announce a couple of great enhancements to INSIDEtracc that went live this morning, October 30, 2020.

View Pending Counterparty Nominations

Under the Nominations dropdown, you'll now see a new option and screen titled "Query Unmatched Counterparty Noms." This screen will display any nominations where you were made either the buyer or the seller on a two-party nomination entered by another customer, but have not yet entered the nomination on your side.

The screen will also add the following features:

  • Date Range - Default start date will use today's date and a user can change it to any date in the future
  • The Query button will return any customer's two-party nominations involving you but as yet not entered, in an easy-to-read grid
  • User can export query results in Excel, CSV and PDF formats
  • There are two actions a user can take with the query results:
  • View: When a user clicks on the "View" icon, it will open a non-editable pop-up window like the QCUN screen
  • Copy: When user clicks on the "Copy" icon, it will take them to the nomination screen. While there, a user can edit and submit the nomination or cancel to go back to main screen
  • Submitted nominations will no longer be visible in the Query Unmatched Counterparty Noms screen

New 100/110 Report Notifications

You can now sign up to have the 100/110 report automatically sent to you via email! You’ll no longer need to login to INSIDEtracc to download it. In order to sign up, reach out to your Account Manager and provide them one email address where you’d like to send the report. In order to maintain quick email delivery to all customers, it is necessary to limit the email distribution to one email address per company. Many customers have found it useful to set up a group distribution list for their company when more than one recipient is requested. This new notification will be in addition to the e-cut report, so customers are welcome to sign up for either or both notifications.

We are very excited to launch these new enhancements as we continually work on our goal of providing you excellent customer service. If you have any questions about this change, reach out to the CGT Gas Scheduling team or your CGT Account Manager.
