Uprating of the Topock Compressor Station, Effective June 1, 2019

Thursday, May 30, 2019

Effective gas day June 1st, 2019 the Topock Compressor Station receipt capacity has been uprated from 780 MMcf/d to 1005 MMcf/d. This uprate increases the total capacity to transport gas received from the El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG) and Transwestern Pipelines (TW) upstream of the Topock Compressor Station. The capacity uprate is due to compressor restorations at the station.

If the total nominations received from the EPNG and TW interconnect points at the Topock Compressor Station exceeds the receipt point capacity of 1005 MMcf/d, the EPNG and TW interconnect receipt volumes will be reduced to allocate the available capacity according to Gas Rule 14. The maximum combined capacity on any given gas day may be adjusted depending on operating conditions. Daily physical interconnect capacities are available on Pipe Ranger.
