The meter data collection system upgrade was completed last week and meter data is now available.

PG&E’s California Gas Transmission will be upgrading its meter data collection system starting Wednesday, May 15, 2019 through Friday, May 17, 2019. During this time, meter data for May 15th and 16th will not be available. Both the INSIDEtracc Query Usage screen and 405 report will display zero usage for May 15th and 16th until the data is loaded into the system.We anticipate that the data will be collected and loaded into INSIDEtracc by the afternoon of Friday, May 17th.

In anticipation of the upgrade, CGT would like to remind suppliers and balancing agents to proactively communicate with their end-use customers. In the event of an OFO during the cutover, customers and balancing agents should closely monitor and address any changes in their daily gas usage.
