As reported previously, PG&E's California Gas Transmission filed its 2019 Gas Transmission and Storage Rate Case on November 17, 2017. Between now and the final resolution of the Rate Case, CGT's plan is to provide regular updates so that our customers are aware of issues and decisions as they unfold.

On April 24, 2018, PG&E received Commissioner Rechtschaffen and Administrative Law Judge Roscow’s Scoping Memo and Ruling of Assigned Commissioner and Administrative Law Judge. The full text of this ruling is made available through the CPUC website.

In summary, here’s the current anticipated schedule listed in Appendix B of the Scoping Memo.

• 6/29/18 - ORA Testimony
• 7/20/18 - Intervenor Testimony due
• 8/20/18 - Concurrent Rebuttal Testimony due
• 9/17/2018 - Hearings start

The schedule set forth by the Commission anticipates a proposed decision after January 2019.
