Imbalance Statements are currently unavailable in INSIDEtracc. CGT is aware of the problem and is working with technical support to resolve the issue. Note that you can still query your imbalance information under the Balancing tab and selecting the Query Balances screen. This means that imbalance trading functionality is not impacted and can be continued as necessary.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will update this article as soon as Imbalance Statements are available.
