New 407A Report

The “Billed Usage by Agent” 407 Report will now have an alternate version, the 407A Report, specifically designed to use with Excel. This new report not only dramatically improves readability, but by utilizing Excel’s built-in tools (i.e. sorting, formulas, etc.), it will improve usability of the data as well.

This new report was in response to suggestions from you, our valued customers. We appreciate all of your input as we continually work on our goal of providing you excellent customer service.

Pardon Our Dust

INSIDEtracc will be unavailable starting March 21 at 8:30 p.m. Pacific time through 10:30 p.m. for routine maintenance including deployment of the new 407A report.
