Did you know that PG&E’s California Gas Transmission is rolling out a few exciting updates to our INSIDEtracc system? Well, if you didn’t before, now you do! These new changes are going live tonight, December 13, 2016.
Don’t want to bother memorizing Marketer ID numbers? This enhancement has been added due to popular demand! Moving forward, the e-mail cut report will list a specified party’s short name under both the Source ID and Destination ID columns. You will no longer have to look up a party’s name using their Marketer ID.
Back in May, we brought you the Today and Tomorrow radio buttons on many of the nomination screens. Starting tonight, all nomination screens that allow you to enter a date will contain Today and Tomorrow radio buttons. The radio buttons provide the opportunity to choose Today or Tomorrow as a gas day with the click of a button without having to click into a separate calendar widget. This should help streamline data entry into the INSIDEtracc system.
Out with the old and in with the new! As was mentioned last month, the Query Nomination Details (QND) screen has many features that are superior to its predecessor the Query/Replace Processes Noms (QRPN) screen. That means, starting tonight, the QRPN screen is retiring and will be removed from the INSIDEtracc system.
Moving forward, the QND screen will be your “one-stop shop” for managing your nominations. Read our previous article for a more detailed breakdown of all the great things the QND screen has to offer.
If you are not familiar with the QND screen and would like help, or if you have any questions regarding the other enhancements detailed above, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Scheduling team at 800.343.4743. As always, these enhancements were in response to suggestions from you, our valued customers. We appreciate all of your input as we continually work on our goal of providing you excellent customer service.
