Update 11/17/2016:  Imbalance Statements are now available through INSIDEtracc.  We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience as we worked to correct this issue.

Update 11/16/2016: CGT is continuing to work on restoring Imbalance Statements in INSIDEtracc. In the meantime, if you need a copy of your Imbalance Statement, please don't hesitate to reach out to your CGT Account Manager for a copy. Note that imbalance trading is still not impacted and can continue as necessary.

Imbalance Statements are currently unavailable in INSIDEtracc. CGT is aware of the problem and is working with technical support to resolve the issue. Note that you can still query your imbalance information under the Balancing tab and selecting the Query Balances screen. This means that imbalance trading functionality is not impacted and can be continued as necessary.
