2015 GT&S Rate Case Proposed Decision

On November 1, 2016, Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Dudney issued a Proposed Decision (PD) on the 2015 GT&S Rate Case - Phase II.

The Phase II Proposed Decision provides the illustrative rates for 2015-2018, taking into account the Phase I Final Decision and application of the $850 million San Bruno penalty for shareholder funded safety investments and assuming the Phase II Proposed Decision is adopted without modification and becomes effective on January 1, 2017. The table below illustrates the Phase II PD backbone annual firm transportation rates ($/Dth@Full Contract), specifically for 2017 and 2018 only.
