California Gas Transmission has reviewed its backbone transmission and distribution shrinkage rates and has determined that, effective November 1, 2016, no changes will occur to existing rates. CGT's current transmission and distribution in-kind shrinkage rates will remain the same. Information on shrinkage rates can be found on Pipe Ranger's Shrinkage Factors page. PG&E will continue to closely monitor shrinkage and, if necessary, will update the transmission and distribution in-kind shrinkage allowances through a future advice letter compliance filing.
