PG&E’s California Gas Transmission is excited to roll out a new enhancement to our INSIDEtracc system. This enhancement will go live tomorrow night, October 11, 2016.

New Contacts/Roles Page

Prior to this update, if you wanted to see a list of your company’s contact information, as well as which roles each contact had within the INSIDEtracc system, you would have to access two separate pages.

With this new update, we’ve combined all contact and role information onto one page. To view this new, all-in-one area, access the “Query Customer Information” page under the “Customer” tab. Next you just simply click on the “View Contacts/Roles” button. This new location in INSIDEtracc will make it easier and more efficient to view your contact and role information moving forward.

As always, this enhancement was in response to suggestions from you, our valued customers. We appreciate all of your input as we continually work on our goal of providing you excellent customer service.
