On Thursday, June 23, 2016, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) issued a final decision (D.16-06-056) in Phase 1 of PG&E’s 2015 Gas Transmission and Storage (GT&S) Application (A.13-12-012) that adopted interim revenue requirements and resulting rates for each of the gas transmission and storage functions for 2015-2018. On July 1, 2016, PG&E filed revisions to its gas tariffs in Advice 3727-G. This advice letter implements the revenue requirements approved in PG&E’s 2015 Gas Transmission and Storage (GT&S) Decision (D.) 16-06-056 and the related backbone, storage, and noncore gas transportation rate changes effective August 1, 2016.
