PG&E’s California Gas Transmission is happy to update you on two more improvements to the INSIDEtracc system. These enhancements will go live tonight, May 24, 2016.

Gas Day Radio Buttons

On all Nomination screens, you will now have the choice of clicking on “Today” or “Tomorrow” for the date of your nomination, in addition to the calendar feature.

Alternate Version of the 502 Report for Excel

The 502 Report, “Activity by Customer” now has an additional alternate version (502A) specifically designed to use with Excel so you can efficiently utilize your data. The activity description columns are located to the left of the volume information, dramatically improving the readability of this report over the original 502. Try it!

Both of these enhancements were in response to suggestions from you, our valued customers. We appreciate all of your input as we continually work on our goal of providing you excellent customer service.
