On Thursday, May 5, 2016, Administrative Law Judge Yip-Kikugawa issued a Proposed Decision regarding PG&E’s 2015 Gas Transmission and Storage (GT&S) Application (A.13-12-012). Concurrently, Commissioner Peterman issued an Alternate Proposed Decision.
