Like most pipelines across the country, PG&E's California Gas Transmission will be introducing a 5th nomination cycle on gas day April 1, 2016 called Intraday 3 (ID3). At the same time, some changes to the existing nomination deadlines will be implemented. (All times below are in Pacific time)

Reshuffling of the intraday nomination cycles will also affect the Elapsed Prorated Schedule Quantity (EPSQ) calculations as the effective times of flow are changing as well. More details on EPSQ are coming with an article on March 7th here on Pipe Ranger.
