Change is frequently bittersweet. California Gas Transmission would like to announce the retirement of Marla Faszholz.

Marla has been with PG&E 41 years, and has served the last 15 of those years as Manager of Customer Service in CGT. She has been a passionate leader of excellent customer service for you, our customers, and says that she has loved (almost) every minute of it! From Marla: “It isn’t necessarily a common experience to end a career with a strong sense of appreciation and gratitude. But that is how I feel. My thanks to all who were a part of this with me – the CGT Team and our wonderful customers – for such a great ride!” We wish Marla the best in the next chapter of her life, which begins on October 1st.

CGT is very pleased to announce Marla’s replacement, Siov Ly. Siov has been a part of CGT for 15 years, most recently as Supervisor and Transportation Product Manager, managing CGT’s transportation products and various regulatory filings. Siov began her career at CGT as a Customer Service Account Manager. With her blended background at CGT and devotion to excellent customer service, Siov is uniquely qualified to take on the role of Manager of Customer Service, which she assumes on September 1st.
