Dear Readers,

Our remaining time together is gettin’ short.  That makes me kinda sad, because Decatherm and I have had a lot of fun with you all!  However, there’s still some fun left!!  It's finally time to take my awesome Dear Sadie Quiz!  

Right click here, select "Save link as..." (or "Save target as...") and save the quiz PDF document to your Desktop. Once the quiz is on your Desktop, open it using Adobe Reader or Acrobat Pro and fill it out. Once it's completed, click the Submit button within the quiz and e-mail it back to us. Note: you must download the quiz to your Desktop. If you open the quiz within your web browser, the Submit button will not work.  The quiz itself includes additional information on due dates and instructions, so please read it over carefully.
