Dear Readers,

Sadie here.  How are you all?  It has been HOT at the Ranch.  I got home last night and Decatherm was trying to take her fur off, she was so hot!  Hope you are staying cool, wherever you are.

This week, I’ve got some basic questions that have some straightforward answers.  Read on…

Wondering, Stuck, and Lost – Accomplishing Basic Things

Dear Sadie,
How do I have someone removed from receiving OFO notices from CGT?  I’d also like to sign myself up to receive OFO notices and the email cut report.
Signed,
Wondering in Walnut Creek

Dear Sadie,
I just started scheduling and need user access to INSIDEtracc.  Who can I talk to at CGT?  I also need to have the previous scheduler’s access removed.  Will that be the same person??
Signed,
Stuck in San Francisco

Dear Sadie,
My invoice doesn’t look right.  Who can I talk to about that?
Signed,
Lost in Los Angeles

Dear Sadie,
Last week you mentioned a quiz?  And prizes?  How do I get in on that action??
Signed,
Wanna Win in Waco

Dear Readers,

Many of the calls we take on the Helpline concern what I like to call “housekeeping” items – adding or removing users, signing up for notifications, things of that nature.  Let’s start with subscription services.   If your company has not yet signed up for any of the many notifications we offer, I encourage you to visit our Subscription Services page and sign up for the notifications that are important to you.

Most subscription services can be signed up for individually.   The one exception is Email Cut Reports. CGT requests that this particular service be sent to only one e-mail address per company.  However, this can be a group e-mail that includes all people in your company who need to see these reports.  We suggest that you ask your IT support group to create a group email address that CGT can add to the Email Cut Reports subscription list.

For items such as adding or removing users to INSIDEtracc, or for questions related to billing or statements, please call your CGT Account Manager directly.  They are there for you, and waiting for your call!

And Dear WW,

Bless your heart for paying attention!  I want you to win too, Honey!  Just keep reading my gems of wisdom every Thursday.  At the end of our time together (late July), I’ll publish a quiz.  Every answer will come from my columns.  And the prizes will be fun!

Catch ya on the next nom cycle, and be safe!
