PG&E’s California Gas Transmission would like to apologize for the multiple instances of delay in availability of customer meter data recently. We have been proud of the progress we have made in this area over the last year, but clearly, more work is needed.
We know this data is important to you, and having it available when you arrive at your office makes your morning business transactions go smoothly. We are working with our internal business partners to address and solve these meter data reliability problems.
