California Gas Transmission is currently experiencing issues regarding INSIDEtracc reports, with customers being unable to run reports. All reports seem to be affected, and trying to run reports will result in a system error message.

Our CGT technical support team has been notified and is working to correct this issue. In the meantime, customers can look at their Usage screen (405 report information) or the Query Nomination Detail screen (100/110 report information) in INSIDEtracc for report data.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve these issues.
