PG&E’s California Gas Transmission is pleased to bring two small improvements to INSIDEtracc.  These improvements will be available first thing in the morning on Wednesday, February 11.

Report 405A, "Daily Gas Usage by Agent - Monthly Summary"

This new report alternative will have the same data as the existing 405 Report, “Daily Gas Usage by Agent – Monthly Summary.”  The difference is that the 405A Report will show each customer’s usage data on one line instead of two.  This may be more valuable to you, particularly if you export to Excel.  The same data, but your choice of two different displays!

Cut Code Improvements Now Available in INSIDEtracc.

Late last year we updated the Cut Code descriptions outside of the INSIDEtracc system (available on reference documents), to make them clearer for our customers. Now we have updated the Cut Code descriptions within the system as well. So, what you see on reports or on screens in INSIDEtracc will be consistent with the Cut Codes on reference documents.

If you have any questions about these small changes, please call your CGT Account Manager. During 2015, continue to keep your eyes out for the bright red “10” target. This is a sign that CGT is making improvements to help make you a satisfied customer!
