As we reported in late June, PG&E's California Gas Transmission has serious safety and operational concerns with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR)'s suggested change to the start of the gas day.

Wednesday and Thursday of this week, PG&E officers are meeting with the FERC Commissioners and senior FERC staff to share our concerns with them. Attached, for your information, is a copy of the presentation that will be made at those meetings.
