Having Problems Viewing INSIDEtracc Reports?

PG&E's California Gas Transmission has received a few customer calls related to problems viewing INSIDEtracc reports.

Customers using Internet Explorer (IE) version 10 or version 11 have experienced a problem after running an INSIDEtracc report. The report runs successfully, but in the Results pane, under the Actions title (far left side), instead of the normal three Action icons, they are seeing only a set of brackets (< >).

To fix this problem, take the following steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click on "Tools"
  3. Click on "Compatibility View"

This should solve the problem on an ongoing basis.
