On the morning of April 16th, a small enhancement will be added to California Gas Transmission's INSIDEtracc system. Under the "Customer" tab, the drop down menu will have a new option titled "Query Users." If you choose this option and click "query," a list will appear of all active INSIDEtracc users for your company. This list can be downloaded as a PDF, or exported to Excel.

Customers have asked for this small tool, and we hope it will be helpful to see, at a glance, all who have INSIDEtracc access. If you notice that there are people on your list who no longer need access, simply call your CGT Account Manager to have them removed. If you determine that there are additional people in your company who should have INSIDEtracc access, please fill out an Exhibit B to the Electronic Commerce Agreement and return it to CGT via fax or e-mail.
