We are aware that "Locked-Out Nominations" have been a problem for some time. On Tuesday night, February 25th, PG&E's California Gas Transmission will implement a fix for this problem into INSIDEtracc. The revised functionality will be available to you on the morning of Wednesday, February 26th.

As you may recall, this is the situation where you submitted a nomination in one cycle but your counterparty didn't put their nomination in until a later cycle. After your counterparty put their nomination in, you were locked out from making any changes to your nomination until we finished processing that cycle. After we implement the change to INSIDEtracc, you should find that you can change any nomination for any reason at any time (except, of course, for when we are actually processing nominations).
