The announcement of a System-wide High Inventory OFO for gas day July 31, 2013 was communicated via the Pipe Ranger website and the OFO Text Messaging service, but was not communicated via INSIDEtracc or e-mail. Due to this incomplete communication, PG&E's California Gas Transmission will not be enforcing noncompliance charges for the July 31st OFO.
