California Gas Transmission is currently troubleshooting an issue regarding Imbalance Statement reports. Some customers are receiving an error message when trying to download the PDF file from INSIDEtracc.

CGT is aware of this issue and we are working with our technical support team to resolve it as quickly as possible. This article will be updated once the issue has been corrected and Imbalance Statements are available.
