PG&E's California Gas Transmission is pleased to bring you two improvements to your INSIDEtracc experience. The first relates to modifications to the 502 Report, "Activity by Customer." At your request, we have added the Source customer code and customer name, and the Destination customer code and customer name. We have also put scheduled volumes for the entire month on one page, as opposed to splitting the month up over two pages.

The second improvement is even better! Currently, you must go to one screen to see a list of reports, and run a report from that screen. You must go to a different screen to actually download or print the report.

We have now combined all report functionality into one page! Under the "Reports" tab, the first choice will be "Reports." This will take you to a page from which you can choose a report, enter the required parameters, be able to see when the report is finished running, and then view or print the report, all from the same page. (The page will refresh every 30 seconds.) 

Please note that, unlike today, you will no longer be able to delete reports from the "Results" table. Rather, after two weeks, reports will automatically delete from the table. This will help keep your Results list uncluttered.
