PG&E's California Gas Transmission has just posted updated pipeline maintenance information for the Baja Path. For both the maintenance work from November 17th through the 22nd and the maintenance work from November 26th through December 8th, the Baja capacity constraint point will be near the Hinkley Compressor station
.
Any gas brought in downstream of Hinkley, at either Kern River Pipeline's Freemont Peak interconnect ("High Desert Lateral") or at SoCal Gas' Kern River Station interconnect, can be accommodated to a capacity that would be additive to the constrained capacity posted (e.g. up to a total capacity of 1010 MMcf/day, our limit through the Kettleman Compressor station).
During the period of the hydrotest work (November 26th through December 8th), the Kern River Pipeline interconnect at Daggett will have a capacity of zero . Any gas receipts nominated at Daggett will need to be renominated at another interconnect, such as Freemont Peak. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please contact your CGT Representative if you have questions.
