Small Improvements to INSIDEtracc

Customer Satisfaction image

PG&E's California Gas Transmission is pleased to bring you some small improvements to the INSIDEtracc system. These changes came directly from your feedback at our Voice of the Customer meetings, held in May. These changes will be implemented Tuesday evening, October 23rd.

"Query Copy Unprocessed Noms" screen

  • Under the "Actions" column, we've removed the circle match indicator and created a new status column titled "Match". The indicators are "Yes", "No", and "Part". This will allow you to sort the column by status, to quickly identify nominations that are matched or unmatched.
  • We've added new columns to display "Seller" and "Buyer" Customer Names.

"Query/Replace Processed Noms" screen

  • We've added new columns to display "Seller" and "Buyer" Customer Names.
  • We've added new columns to display the latest available Source and Destination Rankings.
  • We've added a new column called "Cut Vol". This will enable you to see the aggregated cut volumes applied to your nominations without having to go into the nomination "Edit" mode.

NOTE: After a Confirm process is completed, the cut volumes represent the aggregated cuts for the latest cycle and confirm process. After a Schedule process is completed, the cut volumes represent the aggregated cuts for the latest Confirm and Schedule cycle and process.

"Query Nominations by Entity" screen

  • We've added new columns to display "Seller" and "Buyer" Customer Names.
  • We've added new columns to display the latest available Source and Destination rankings.

NOTE: Columns have been rearranged to better align "Source" and "Destination" information and provide some consistency on the nominations screens.

"Short name" after logging in

After you've logged into INSIDEtracc, your company name at the top of the page will be your "short name." For some companies with longer names in the INSIDEtracc system, the length of the name at the top of the page was preventing customers from being able to view adequate "real estate" when using your smart phone.

Although small, we hope these changes add up to big bits of satisfaction! For any questions you may have, please call your CGT Account Services or Scheduling Representative.
