On July 18, 2012, PG&E's California Gas Transmission commenced its E-Mail Cut Reports service. E-Mail Cut Reports involves CGT sending a Confirm and Schedule Cut Nominations Report by e-mail to each subscriber after each processed cycle. The intent is to give customers a quick view of cuts or no cuts by each cycle and process.
Cuts shown on the e-mail with the subject "PG&E Confirmation Cut Nominations Report" are cuts that occurred during the Confirmation process. These cuts are the result of PG&E constraints (operating and contractual) as well as balancing PG&E pools. Any cuts indicated on this report should be addressed using the INSIDEtracc system.
Cuts shown on the e-mail with the subject "PG&E Schedule Cut Nominations Report" are cuts that occurred during the Schedule process. These cuts are the result of the upstream interconnecting pipeline. Any cuts indicated on this report should be addressed with your supplier or upstream pipeline. This e-mail is different than the 110 Report ("Customer Nomination/PG&E Scheduled Volumes") which is an aggregate of both the confirm and schedule cuts.
Please see the attached table if you have questions about cut codes themselves.
And contact CGT's Gas Schedulers if you have further questions.
