Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission is pleased to announce an upcoming capacity release of a portion of PG&E Core Gas Supply's firm transportation and firm storage holdings. The capacity release will take place from March 6, 2012 through March 8, 2012.

The capacity release includes some firm transportation on Foothills Pipe Lines and NOVA Gas Transmission in Canada, and some firm transportation on Gas Transmission Northwest, coming into the PG&E system at Malin. All offered transport will be for a single month contract, available for the months of April through June, 2012.

The capacity release for PG&E firm storage service is for April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013, and will be for a 12-month contract.

On March 6th, CGT will be e-mailing information packets to all parties who currently hold a Gas Transmission Service Agreement (GTSA) with CGT and have the "Trader" role. The information packets will include details on what offerings are available and how to participate in the capacity release process.
