Updated: Parallel period is closing on March 31st. Just a reminder to get connected now!

On December 1, 2011, PG&E's California Gas Transmission launched a new E-Statements service. You can access all of your CGT statements via INSIDEtracc as soon as each statement is available. We hope you are taking advantage of this electronic option and that you find it beneficial!

We are currently in a parallel period in which we are still providing hard-copy statements as well as electronic versions. The parallel period will be ending on March 31, 2012. As of March 31, the following changes will happen:

• e-Billing will be terminated. If you are an e-Billing customer, you will be receiving a letter terminating your e-Billing Agreement within the next week.
• Faxing and mailing of CGT statements will cease. These statements include the CGT Detail of Bill, the NBAA Imbalance Statement, the CTA Imbalance Statement, and all adjustment notices related to these statements. Your CGT "Energy Statement" will continue to be mailed to you.
• For noncore customers who are not part of an NBAA, their statements will continue to be mailed to them, and to the parties they have designated to receive copies of their statements via Exhibit D to their Natural Gas Service Agreement. If you are the Nominating Marketer authorized to execute imbalance trades for one of these customers via Exhibit C to their Natural Gas Service Agreement, you are able to access a copy of their imbalance statement via INSIDEtracc.

In the meantime, if you haven't already done so, please contact CGT to verify who in your company has access to INSIDEtracc, or to make changes to who has access to INSIDEtracc. Contact your CGT Account Services Representative at 1.800.343.4743, and choose option #3.
