On December 1, 2011, PG&E's California Gas Transmission will launch a new service for our customers: E-Statements! All of your CGT statements will be available electronically via INSIDEtracc. Not a brand new idea, but new for CGT.

Simply log into INSIDEtracc, and under the "Reports" tab, a new "Electronic Statements" choice will be available. The statements you currently receive from CGT will be available here: Detail of Bill, NBAA Imbalance Statements, NGSA Imbalance Statements, CTA Imbalance Statements, and all related adjustments. The statements will be in PDF format and will be viewable on-screen or can be printed out.

Please note that the reports will be available based on "Statement Period." This is the date on which the statements are created, not the gas month for which the statements relate. For example, your Detail of Bill for November activity will be created approximately December 5th, so the "Statement Period" will be "12/2011." When new statements are available in INSIDEtracc, you will receive a notification e-mail to let you know.

Starting on December 1, CGT will commence a three-month parallel period in which your statements will continue to come to you hard-copy, as well as electronically. During this period, we will work with you to ensure that the correct people in your organization have access to the reports in INSIDEtracc.
