Updated OFO Compliance Tool Now Available

Wednesday, July 20, 2011

PG&E's California Gas Transmission has updated the OFO Compliance Tool This link will open in a new window found in Pipe Ranger's Library, OFO/EFO/Diversion section, with a High/Low Inventory selection. This newly-updated Excel spreadsheet tool provides a convenient, structured method of calculating compliance during an Operational Flow Order.

The tool opens to the Noncore Balancing Aggregation Agreement (NBAA) OFO compliance page. However, the California Production Balancing Agreement (CPBA), Core Transport Agreement (CTA) and Natural Gas Service Agreement (NGSA - end-use customers) calculation pages may be selected using the identified buttons located near the bottom.

The tool allows the user to enter everything needed for a complete OFO scenario: the type of OFO, the noncompliance charge amount, the tolerance band and the user's gas supply and usage. The tool will determine if the data entered results in compliance with the OFO scenario. If the result is noncompliance, a pop-up window will provide the maximum and/or minimum supply required to meet the OFO criteria entered.

We hope you find this tool beneficial. Please contact your CGT Account Services Representative with any questions you may have.
