On September 18, 2009, Pacific Gas and Electric Company filed its 2011 Gas Transmission and Storage rate case with the California Public Utilities Commission. The filing asks the CPUC to approve new revenue requirements and rates for PG&E's gas transmission and storage system, effective January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2014.

PG&E will be hosting its second settlement workshop in San Francisco on October 22, 2009.

Any party interested in PG&E's 2011 GT&S Rate Case is invited to attend. This meeting will be held under the auspices of the CPUC's settlement Rule 12 . In order to protect the confidentiality of the settlement process, PG&E requests that the representatives of any party interested in participating in the discussions complete a Rule 12 form and provide it to Wendy Lei at PG&E prior to attending the meeting.
