California Gas Transmission is excited about our INSIDEtracc system changes. Here are a few critical reminders for our customers:
TUESDAY MORNING, OCTOBER 21
Import Options must be reset to ensure nomination data from your import spreadsheet correctly maps to INSIDEtracc. The Downstream Contract column is no longer valid and must be removed from your spreadsheet. In addition, four new columns must be added to ensure correct data import: Buyer Customer Code, Seller Customer Code, Create Source TSA and Create Dest TSA.
A revised Gas Transportation Nomination Form is available on the Pipe Ranger Web site, in the Library Forms section, for your convenience.
Intraday 1 and Intraday 2 nominations, for off-system nominations currently processed through Timely and Evening cycles for gas day October 21, will continue to use the DD pool designation for that day only.
Any off-system nominations entered in INSIDEtracc, starting October 21, for gas days October 22 and following must be entered using the new format. DD pools are no longer valid in nominations starting with nominations for gas day October 22. The Dest ID for off-system nominations will be the downstream contract number on the interconnect pipe, entered as a TSA in CGT's INSIDEtracc system.
For Tuesday, October 21 only, the credit information showing for your customer code will not be represented accurately, pending additional system work on Tuesday evening. Starting Wednesday, October 22, credit information will accurately reflect the credit available for your customer code in INSIDEtracc.
Some out-of-date contact information will be included with current information due to data conversion. CGT's Contract Administration team will be cleansing this data over the next two weeks.
CGT Account Services Representatives will be available by 5:00 a.m. Pacific time for any questions you may have during this implementation, and can be reached through the CGT Helpline at 1.800.343.4743.
