Mastio issued the results of its annual Natural Gas Pipeline Customer Value Study (www.mastio.com) which measures customers' perceived value of gas pipelines throughout North America. PG&E's California Gas Transmission was ranked by local distribution companies, independent power producers, and gas marketers as number one in two categories - Intrastate and Regional pipelines.

We are honored to be ranked number one. Each year, CGT studies the feedback that our customers provide us in surveys and through daily interaction with our CGT representatives. Feedback provides insight and opportunities to improve our service and exceed customer expectations. The Mastio survey results reiterate the importance of pipeline reliability, scheduled volume accuracy and open and honest communication.
