Pacific Gas & Electric Company's California Gas Transmission has added the Payment Designation Form to the Forms page in the library section of Pipe Ranger. This new form is guaranteed to help ensure your electronic transfers are credited to the correct account(s).

By using the Payment Designation Form prior to making your electronic transfer, you can specify how your transfer should be divided between accounts. Two return options make it easy:

• E-mail ~ Fill out the form online and e-mail to PG&E
• Fax ~ Print the form, fill in the required information, and fax to PG&E
