The higher-than-normal heating value gas reported in an earlier article, is anticipated to exit the PG&E system early Friday morning, December 15. The heat content reached a peak of 1055 BTU/CF on December 14, and is continuing to drop towards normal at this time. The BTU content throughout PG&E's system will remain within existing parameters for safe and reliable equipment operation.
