Second Page Sent for CS-OFO for 10/8/2004

A second blast page was inadvertently sent out this morning for the CS-OFO called for today's gas day, October 8, 2004. This is a duplicate page of the one sent yesterday afternoon.

There is a SW-OFO called for tomorrow's gas day, October 9, 2004.
