Greater Availability for 100 Report

Tuesday, March 29, 2005

Spurred by feedback from its last customer satisfaction survey, California Gas Transmission has increased the availability of INSIDEtracc's 100 Report.

In order to protect the integrity of the 100 Report, it is locked and unavailable during the processing of each nomination cycle. If made available during processing, 100 Reports would be inaccurate. Although this necessary control cannot be removed at this time, CGT has significantly reduced its duration.

On August 1, 2004, CGT revised its scheduling processes to reduce the average length of time the 100 Report is locked to approximately 30 minutes per cycle-a 33% improvement over the previous average time of 45 minutes. In the world of gas scheduling, 15 minutes can make a big difference in your day.

CGT continues to look for ways to improve your day-to-day experience with its systems. Keep your eye on Pipe Ranger for further news of CGT's 2004 customer satisfaction initiatives.

Your CGT Representatives are always available to hear your feedback.
