It faxes, it scans, it copies and it prints. It may not do dishes, but it seems to have all the other capabilities you'd ever want from a "printer." The only question remaining is: will it print INSIDEtracc reports?

The new generation of multi-function printers (defined as any printer with the additional capability to fax, scan or copy) is not supported by Citrix, which provides the plug-in interface required for INSIDEtracc. At this time, these unsupported printers cannot print INSIDEtracc reports.

While California Gas Transmission remains committed to working with Citrix to resolve this issue, there is currently no solution for printing to a multi-function printer while using INSIDEtracc. In the meantime, if you require a printed report from INSIDEtracc, best results will be obtained by using a single-function printer.
