The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) mandated four nomination cycles as of November 1. PG&E is now accepting and processing four types of nominations: Timely, Evening, Intraday 1 (ID1), and Intraday 2 (ID2).
The deadlines for submitting nominations may be found in INSIDEtracc from the Navigate > Nominations > Nomination Time screen. The gas flow day runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM. All times are listed in Pacific Time.

* PG&E will attempt, but cannot guarantee, delivery of the Confirmed Nominations and Scheduled Volumes (100) Report by the times shown above (Rule 21).
** In Intraday nominations, you will not be able to reduce your scheduled volume below the amount that has already flowed. The article on Elapsed Pro Rata Nominations describes the formulas for determining the lower limits for volume reduction.
Each nomination cycle will be scheduled independently. All cycles will be prioritized using Rule 14 (e.g., firm is scheduled before as-available). We will no longer use "first-come, first-served" on the last cycle. The current policy of "no bumping" will be maintained.
However, if the upstream pipelines that you deal with enforce a "bumping" policy, it could affect the way in which your nominations are ultimately scheduled on PG&E's system. For this reason, you may want to ensure that you have firm supplies upstream of PG&E.
If you have any questions about these nomination cycle changes, please contact your CGT Account Services Representative.
